Insignia Waste Holdings, LLC (IWH) was formed in 2019 as means to host future investments in the broader waste & recycling space, while also serving as a sponsor in effect to provide support to a growing portfolio of recent & existing investments. IWH is actively seeking new investments in the lower-middle market with EBITDA of $1M-$5M. We work directly with Investment Bankers, Lenders & Independent Privately held companies looking to exit or have a need for outside capital.
